Vijay brings over 25 years of experience building infrastructure and energy transition platforms across roads, airports, ports, and power. He has led a 1 GW wind–solar hybrid portfolio exceeding USD 700 million in enterprise value and managed diversified infrastructure portfolios surpassing USD 2 billion. His track record spans asset aggregation, distressed acquisitions, InvIT structuring, IPO execution, and large-scale equity fundraising, with a history of structuring complex joint ventures with leading global investors.
